My goal is to become the very best I can be in my life. I studied at a nationally renowned college and worked extremely hard to get the results I achieved. Now I want to work for a company that can offer me the practical experience to help me develop in the industry.

Explaining this to the employer, while indicating that they see the company playing a huge part in their development, shows great enthusiasm and passion for both the role and the company. It also tells the employer that they plan on fulfilling a long, fruitful career within the company and an employer wouldn't hear things like that too often in this day and age.
Overall, short and sweet, but direct. When you deliver a short answer to any interview question you need to ensure you're concise and include some of the most important points that will stick out in the employer's mind.
