How to Close a Meeting

When the time comes to end a meeting, a number of things are important. Everything that was discussed should be reviewed, to ensure that people leave the meeting with a clear understanding of what is expected of them and how a range of projects will be proceeding.

The meeting may have an open ending time (i.e. there was no scheduled time for it to end), so if you want to end it and people aren’t paying attention, you will have to speak confidently and clearly to wrap things up.
