Place emphasis
If you 'place emphasis', you attach a particular level of importance or attention to something.

- The perfect hiding place for your son's birthday present is on top of that wardrobe. He isn't tall enough to see up there.
- There's no hiding place in our company. If you do something wrong, you will have to take responsibility and answer for it.
Resting place
The collocation 'resting place' is most commonly used to refer to a place where somebody is buried.
Examples
- Tom's final resting place was a small graveyard in the village he grew up in.
- The wood is supposed to contain the resting place of a famous Roman general.
Out of place
If something or somebody is or looks 'out of place', they are not in their proper position, or do not fit a particular situation.
Examples
- The picture looks out of place in this room. It would suit somewhere more spacious.
- Kevin did a good job of cleaning the room. Nothing looked out of place.
- I didn't realise that it was a black-tie event, so I really felt out of place when I turned up in my jeans!
