The phrasal verb to come through has a number of different meanings. If a piece of information, document or a message comes through it means you receive it. If a feeling or emotion comes through it means it is perceived by others and other people notice it. To come through something means to succeed in a difficult situation. And to come through can also mean to complete something that you have agreed to do or are obliged to do.
